Canna Kura Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Canna Kura Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”) that govern your participation in our program. Please read them carefully.

These Terms are entered into by and between Canna Kura, LLC, a Florida-based company (“Canna Kura”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, the affiliate partner (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”).

1. Program Overview

The Canna Kura Affiliate Program is designed to reward partners for referring customers to our online store through tracked affiliate links. By joining, you promote our products and earn a commission on qualifying sales.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Reside in the United States or Canada
• Operate a legitimate website, blog, or social media presence
• Not promote or associate with any illegal, offensive, or adult content

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, with or without explanation

3. Commission Structure

• Standard Commission Rate: [10% – customizable by admin] of net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, returns, and discounts).
• Payment Frequency: Commissions are paid monthly, typically within the first 10 business days of each month.
• Payment Method: Payments are processed via PayPal or bank transfer.
• Minimum Payout Threshold: $50 USD. Unpaid earnings roll over to the next payout period.
• Cookie Duration: 30 days. You’ll earn commission if a referred customer purchases within 30 days of clicking your link.

Note: No commissions are earned on personal orders made through your affiliate link.

4. Promotional Guidelines

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Only use approved promotional materials provided or authorized by Canna Kura
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship, as required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
• Avoid using misleading or deceptive language
• Not use paid ads that directly compete with Canna Kura’s own marketing (including branded keywords)
• Not impersonate Canna Kura, its employees, or act as a representative

Violating any of the above may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.

5. FTC Compliance

All Affiliates must comply with the FTC Endorsement Guidelines. This includes disclosing affiliate relationships clearly on every page or post that includes an affiliate link. Examples include:

• “As an affiliate partner of Canna Kura, I may earn a commission on qualifying purchases.”
• “This post contains affiliate links. I may receive a small commission if you make a purchase through them.”

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Engage in any illegal or unethical marketing practices
• Use spam or unsolicited email to promote Canna Kura
• Misrepresent Canna Kura products, prices, or promotions
• Modify affiliate tracking links in any way
• Promote through coupon websites or deal forums unless pre-approved

Operate websites that resemble or mislead users into thinking they are Canna Kura

7. Intellectual Property

Canna Kura grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our trademarks, logos, banners, and affiliate content solely for the purpose of promoting our products under this Agreement.

You may not alter any promotional content or represent yourself as an official Canna Kura employee or representative

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination:

• You must remove all affiliate links and references to Canna Kura
• Any unpaid commissions earned before termination will be paid on the next payout cycle
• Commissions on sales after termination will not be paid

Canna Kura reserves the right to terminate affiliates immediately for violations of this Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Canna Kura will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to this program. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free tracking and shall not be held liable for tracking errors or commission losses.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after any changes constitutes your agreement to the new terms. You will be notified by email or via the affiliate dashboard when changes are made

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Broward County, Florida
