Shipping & Handling on Promo Orders

Orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax) ship FREE via Ground Shipping within the continental U.S. We offer expedited options (2-Day Air, Next Day Air) at checkout for an additional cost.

We currently ship using trusted carriers like UPS Mail Innovations and USPS, which may route through your local post office for final delivery. Tracking is provided via email.

Rewards Points Program

We believe loyalty should be rewarded. With the Canna Kura Rewards Program, every dollar you spend earns you points to use toward future purchases.

How to Earn Points:

• Shop Products: Earn 1 point per $1 spent at CannaKura.com, including subscriptions and gift card purchases.
• Refer a Friend: Share wellness and earn rewards when they order through your referral link.
• Leave a Review: After placing an order, you may receive an email to leave feedback. Complete it and earn 25 points.

How to Redeem Points:

• Points can be redeemed during checkout in increments of 100.
• Example:

Returns on Promo Orders

Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee still applies to promotional orders (unless marked Final Sale). If you’re not satisfied, just return the unused portion for an exchange or full refund.
